라이다 전문 기업 에스오에스랩의 일반 공모주 청약이 모두 마감된 가운데 균등 배정 주식 수에 관심이 쏠리고 있다.

18일 금융투자업계에 따르면 에스오에스랩의 지난 14~17일 양일간 일반 투자자 대상으로 공모주 청약을 실시한 결과 한국투자증권에는 38만1185건의 청약건수가 몰리며 균등 배정 주식 수는 0.62로 집계됐다.

BNK투자증권에는 1만5669건이 몰리면서 균등 배정 주식 수는 0.80주로 나타났다.

상장을 주관한 한국투자증권 관계자는 "에스오에스랩의 글로벌 최고 수준의 라이다 기술력을 입증했던 레퍼런스와 성장 모멘텀에 따른 외형 성장 가시성이 높다고 평가해 많은 투자자가 적극적으로 청약에 참여했다"고 밝혔다.

앞서 에스오에스랩은 3~10일 진행한 수요예측에서 국내외 2216개 기관이 참여해 경쟁률 1072대 1을 기록했으며,오늘의 로또최종 공모가를 공모 희망 밴드 상단 초과인 1만1500원으로 확정했다.

에스오에스랩은 이번 상장으로 조달하는 자금을 제품 양산화 준비와 신제품 개발에 사용되는 연구개발 자금 등으로 활용할 계획이다.

또한 △로봇 및 오토모티브향 제품 공급 △산업 안전 및 스마트시티 등 인프라향 제품 공급을 본격화하며 성장동력을 마련할 방침이다.

정지성 에스오에스랩 대표이사는 "수요예측에 이어 공모 청약에서도 에스오에스랩의 기업 가치를 믿고 성원해주신 투자자분들께 감사드린다"며 "이번 상장을 계기로 라이다 분야에서 글로벌 리딩 기업으로 성장하는 것이 목표"라고 밝혔다.

한편 에스오에스랩은 오는 19일 납입을 거쳐 25일 코스닥 시장에 상장할 예정이다.
