개정안에는 자동차제작·판매자 등이 차종,용도,승차 인원 등 국토교통부령으로 정하는 기준에 따라 페달 영상기록장치(블랙박스) 장착을 의무화하고,오늘 축구 결과이를 어길 시 3년 이하의 징역 또는 3000만 원 이하의 벌금에 처하도록 했다.법의 시행시기는 페달 블랙박스의 기술 개발 기간을 고려해 법 공포 후 3 년이 경과한 날 부터이며,신규 제작차량에만 적용된다.

이 의원은 “자동차 페달 영상기록장치(블랙박스) 의무화를 통해 자동차의 급발진 발생 여부에 대한 오랜 논란이 해소되고,오늘 축구 결과사고 원인에 대한 명확한 규명을 통해 국민의 생명과 안전을 지키는데 기여하게 될 수 있기를 바란다”고 밝혔다.
