소비자원 점검 결과 조사 대상 업체 가운데 한 곳은 클라이밍 기구 10개 중 7개에 충격 흡수 매트를 설치하지 않았습니다.

또 클라이밍이나 점핑타워 등의 기구를 운영하는 6개 업체는 매트의 폭이 2m 미만이거나 매트 사이에 간격이 있는 걸로 드러났습니다.

높은 곳에서 활강하는 기구인 로프코스 또는 집라인을 보유한 5개 업체는 안전망을 설치하지 않았고,안드로이드용 무료 게임 카지노기구 이용자에게 안전모를 제공하지 않는 업체도 3곳이나 적발됐습니다.

익스트림 체험기구는 임신부,음주자,기저질환자 등의 이용을 금지하고 신장 또는 체중 제한도 두고 있지만,실제 현장에서 이용자의 키나 몸무게를 실제로 잰 업체는 하나도 없었던 걸로 조사됐습니다.

소비자원은 이번 조사 결과를 토대로 안전사고 예방 조처가 미흡하다는 지적을 받은 사업자에게 시정을 권고했고,해당 사업자가 개선을 완료했거나 개선할 예정이라고 알려왔다고 밝혔습니다.

또 현재 익스트림 체험기구 가운데 '체육시설의 설치·이용에 관한 법률'의 규율을 받는 클라이밍을 제외한 나머지 기구는 시설 및 안전 기준이 없어 관리가 쉽지 않은 상황이라며,관계 부처에 조사 결과를 공유하고 실내 익스트림 체험기구의 안전관리 방안을 마련해 달라고 요청했습니다.
