휴일에 캠핑 즐기는 분들 많죠.그런데 정부 조사 결과 소비자들에게 '갑질'을 하는 캠핑장들이 적지 않다고 합니다.1박 예약을 차별해 사실상 2박 예약을 강요하고,브루클린 네츠 경기일정요금도 계좌이체로 현금만 받는 식입니다.

친구들과 캠핑을 자주 하는 조윤철 씨.

경기도 파주에 있는 한 캠핑장을 예약했다가 사정이 생겨 몇 분 뒤 바로 예약을 취소하려 하자 황당한 답이 돌아왔다고 합니다.

캠핑장 자체 규정상 20%밖에 환불이 안 된다고 한 겁니다.

[조윤철/캠핑장 소비자 : 다른 사람의 예약을 방해했다던가 이런 거로 보기엔 너무 짧은 시간이었거든요.그렇기 때문에 상당히 부당하다고 느꼈고…]

공정위와 소비자원이 캠핑장 100곳을 조사해보니,브루클린 네츠 경기일정이렇게 소비자에 불리한 조건을 적용한 곳이 많았습니다.

특히 오토캠핑장 87%는 2박 이상 예약만 먼저 받고,1박 예약은 제한을 두고 있었습니다.

2박 우선제가 많다보니,1박이 가능한 기간에도 예약에 실패한 소비자가 77%,브루클린 네츠 경기일정1박을 하고 싶은데도 어쩔 수 없이 2박을 예약한 소비자가 42%에 달했습니다.

결제할 때 계좌이체만 받는 곳이 열곳 중 세곳인데,브루클린 네츠 경기일정소비자 60%는 불편을 겪었다고 답했습니다.
