치킨집에서 맥주를 마시던 손님이 컵에 있던 맥주를 바닥에 뿌리고는 치킨집 주인이 바닥을 닦았다는 이유로 "장사를 망하게 해주겠다"고 으름장을 놓았던 사건.

당시 손님 중 한 명은 "나 여기 구청 직원인데 이런 가게는 처음 본다 바로 장사 망하게 해주겠다"고 말한 것으로 알려져 네티즌들의 공분을 샀습니다.

그런데 논란이 커지자 이 남성이 소속된 대구 중구청장이 직접 공개 사과했습니다.

류규하 대구 중구청장은 구청 홈페이지 첫 화면에 '정중히 사과드립니다'라는 제목으로 사과문을 올렸습니다.

류구청장은 이번에 물의를 일으킨 중구청 직원의 맥주 사건과 관련해 해당업체 사장님과 주민 여러분,이미스 하트백사건을 접한 많은 분들에게 사과한다고 말했습니다.

류구청장은 지역의 소상공인을 보호하는 것은 구청의 중요한 업무임에도 불구하고 불미스러운 일을 초래한 것에 대해 구청 직원 전체가 책임을 통감하고 있다고 말했습니다.

이어 철저한 조사를 통해 진상을 규명하고 그 결과에 따라 모든 행정적 조치를 취하도록 하겠다고 말했습니다.

또 같은 일이 발생하지 않도록 공직기강을 확립하고 보다 낮은 자세로 올바른 구정을 펼칠 수 있도록 노력하겠다고 말했습니다.

앞서 온라인 자영업자 커뮤니티에는 한 남성이 치킨집에서 일행과 함께 맥주를 마시다가 컵에 있던 맥주를 바닥에 쏟는 CCTV 영상이 올라왔습니다.

치킨 집 주인은 자신의 부인이 바닥에 흘려진 맥주를 닦았는데,이미스 하트백남성들이 오물을 흘렸나며 따졌다고 말했습니다.

이어 일행 중 한 명은 나 여기 구청 직원인데 이런 가게는 처음 본다 바로 장사 망하게 해주겠다고 협박 아닌 협박을 했다며 울분을 토로했습니다.
