경기 성남시 분당 정자일로 구역 [대한토지신탁 제공] 경기 성남시 분당 정자일로 구역 5개 단지가 재건축 선도지구 지정을 위해 대한토지신탁과 코람코자산신탁 컨소시엄을 예비신탁사로 지정했다.

대한토지신탁은 9일 '분당 정자일로 통합재건축 추진 준비위원회'(분당 정자일로 재준위)가 '대한토지신탁-코람코자산신탁 컨소시엄'과 신탁방식 정비사업 추진을 위한 예비신탁사 지정 업무협약을 체결했다고 밝혔다.

정자일로 구역은 분당 정자일로 80번지 일대에 위치한 청솔 1단지(계룡·서광영남),2018 브라질 월드컵2단지(화인유천),2018 브라질 월드컵3단지(한라)와 상록 4단지(임광보성) 등 총 5개 단지가 통합 재건축을 추진 중인 곳이다.

이번 업무협약을 통해 대한토지신탁-코람코자산신탁 컨소시엄과 분당 정자일로 재준위는 11월 발표 예정인 선도지구 선정을 위해 협력하기로 했다.

정자일로 구역은 통합재건축 주민 사전동의율이 84%를 기록해 유력한 선도지구 후보로 거론된다.분당의 경우 신탁방식을 선택하면 선도지구 선정 평가에서 가점이 있다.선도지구 지정 후에는 양 신탁사가 공동으로 소유자 동의 절차를 거쳐 '지정개발자'(사업시행자)로 사업에 참여할 예정이다.

대한토지신탁은 분당 정자일로 재준위가 정비사업 준공 실적과 재무적 안정성 등을 고려해 예비신탁사를 지정한 것으로 안다고 전했다.대한토지신탁 관계자는 "선도지구 선정 경쟁을 치러야 하는 만큼 그 어떤 프로젝트보다 정비사업 노하우가 중요하다"며 "신탁방식 준공 실적 1,2018 브라질 월드컵2위를 차지하는 대한토지신탁과 코람코자산신탁의 독보적인 업력으로 주민 복리를 극대화하는 사업으로 이끌어 가겠다"고 밝혔다.
