[파이낸셜뉴스] 고물가로 저가 상품 수요가 늘어나며 지난 5월 온라인쇼핑 거래액이 20조원을 돌파했다.2%대 소비자물가 인상률 가운데에도 식품 가격이 높게 유지되며 온라인을 통한 음·식료품 구매가 대폭 늘었다.수입차 구매 채널도 온라인으로 확장되며 자동차 관련 항목 구매도 두 배 가까운 증가폭을 보였다.

통계청이 1일 발표한 '2024년 5월 온라인쇼핑 동향'에 따르면 지난 5월 온라인쇼핑 거래액은 20조8652억원으로 전년 동월 대비 7.7% 증가했다.전월 19조8070억원으로 직전월 대비 소폭 감소한지 1개월 만에 다시 20조원대로 올라섰다.

상품군별로 보면 전년 동월 대비 음·식료품(16.1%),여행 및 교통서비스(11.7%),자동차 및 자동차용품(75.0%) 등에서 증가했다.의복(-4.7%),보크스 블랙잭가방(-10.2%),신발(-3.2%) 등에서는 감소를 기록했다.

고물가에 음·식료품 온라인 구매 추세가 이어지는 반면 소비 둔화로 의복 등 사치재 구매는 감소한 셈이다.온라인을 통한 자동차 판매가 늘어나면서 자동차 관련 상승률이 두드러졌다.

구성비는 음·식료품(13.9%),여행 및 교통서비스(11.4%),보크스 블랙잭음식서비스(11.3%) 순으로 높았다.

온라인쇼핑 중 모바일쇼핑 거래액은 15조5144억원으로 1년 전보다 7.8% 늘었다.모바일 쇼핑 거래액은 역대 최대 규모를 경신했다.

온라인쇼핑 거래액서 모바일의 비중은 74.4%로 작년 같은 달보다 0.1%p 증가했다.

모바일쇼핑 거래액은 작년 동월 대비 음·식료품(20.0%),음식서비스(8.6%),여행교통서비스(12.3%) 등에서 증가했고 의복(-4.5%),보크스 블랙잭신발(-3.9%),가방(-9.8%) 등에서는 감소했다.
