서울남부지방검찰청은 특정금융정보법 위반 혐의를 받는 업주 40대 남성 A 씨 등 5명을 재판에 넘겨 일당 전원 유죄를 인정받았습니다.

A 씨와 영업이사인 B 씨에 대해서는 각각 징역 3년과 징역 2년의 실형이 선고됐습니다.
