수원지법에서 열린 김씨의 재판에서 김씨의 변호인은 "포괄적 진술거부권을 행사하겠다"는 의견서를 재판부에 제출했습니다.

재판부는 "검사의 피고인신문 권한 조항보다 피고인 진술 거부권 효력이 상위 개념"이라며 피고인신문을 실시하지 않기로 했습니다.

오는 25일 김씨의 다음 공판에서는 검찰의 구형 등이 진행될 예정이며,한국야구리그김씨에 대한 선고재판은 다음달 중 이뤄질 전망입니다.
