올해 상반기 수입차 시장에서 법인차 등록 비율이 역대 최저 수준인 35%에도 미치지 못한 것으로 나타났다.올해 1월부터 시행된 연두색 번호판 제도가 영향을 줬다는 분석이 나온다.

8일 한국수입자동차협회(KAIDA)에 따르면 지난 1∼6월 국내에 등록된 전체 수입차 12만5652대 가운데 법인 명의 등록 차량은 4만2200대(33.6%)로 집계됐다.

지난해 상반기 전체 수입차 중 법인 명의 등록 차량 5만229대(38.4%)보다 8029대 줄어든 수치다.

지난 10년간 연간 수입차 중 법인 명의 차량 등록 비율을 살펴봐도 올해 상반기가 사실상 역대 최저 수준이다.2013년과 2014년 40%였던 법인 명의 수입차 비율은 2017년 35.2%까지 내려갔다가 지난해 39.7%로 상승했다.

이에 대해 올해 1월부터 취득가액 8000만원 이상 법인 승용차에 연두색 번호판을 의무적으로 부착하도록 한 제도가 고가 수입차 시장에 영향을 줬다는 해석이 나온다.

이와 맞물려 수입 법인차 증가세에도 제동이 걸릴 것으로 보인다.지난 2013년 6만2564대였던 연간 수입 법인차 등록 대수는 매년 꾸준히 늘어 지난해 10만7677대를 기록했다.

올해의 경우 상반기와 비슷한 추세가 연말까지 이어진다면 수입 법인차 등록 대수는 10만대를 넘지 못할 것으로 전망된다.

한편 올해 1∼5월 법인 명의로 가장 많이 등록된 수입차 브랜드는 1만1837대를 기록한 BMW였다.이어 메르세데스벤츠(1만383대),강원 랜드포르쉐(1592대),강원 랜드테슬라(1503대),강원 랜드렉서스(1320대) 순이었다.
