삼성생명(032830)의 종합 건강관리 플랫폼‘더헬스(THE Health)’가 수면 테크 기업 에이슬립과 협업해‘수면 분석 서비스’를 12일 공개했다.

수면 분석 서비스는 잠자는 동안의 소리를 기반으로 △깊은 잠 △일반 잠 △램 수면 시간을 각각 분석해주고 종합 점수를 통해 나의 수면 상태를 확인할 수 있다.수면 중 호흡 소리만으로 수면의 질을 분석하기 때문에 수면 중 스마트워치와 같은 웨어러블 기기를 착용하지 않아도 돼 편리하다.수면의 질이 낮은 경우 숙면에 도움이 되는 정보나 마음 건강을 위한 명상 콘텐츠를 이용할 수 있다.

‘A.I 스마트 알람’기능도 탑재해 건강한 생활을 돕는다.가장 얕은 수면인 램 단계에서 알람을 울려 개운한 기상을 돕는다.음식 사진을 촬영하면 자동으로 영양 성분을 분석해주는‘식사 기록’서비스 역시 개선했다.식사할 때마다 사진을 촬영하지 않아도 AI가 자동으로 휴대폰 앨범에서 음식 사진만 불러와 편리한 식사 기록이 가능해졌다.또 복용하는 영양제까지 함께 기록할 수 있어 하루에 섭취한 모든 영양 성분을 한눈에 확인할 수 있다.

삼성생명 관계자는 “더헬스 출시 2주년을 맞아 사용자인터페이스(UI)와 사용자경험(UX)도 전면 개편했다”며 “앞으로도 차별화된 서비스와 혜택을 지속 제공해 대국민 건강관리 플랫폼으로 발돋움하겠다”고 말했다.
