서울중앙지방검찰청은 오늘(25일) 60대 여성과 30대 여성을 살해한 혐의를 받는 65살 박학선을 구속기소 했습니다.

박학선은 지난달 30일,서울 대치동에 있는 오피스텔에서 60대 여성 A 씨와 그 딸에게 흉기를 휘둘러 숨지게 한 혐의를 받습니다.

박학선은 가족들의 반대를 이유로 A 씨가 이별을 통보하자 앙심을 품고 범행을 저지른 것으로 드러났습니다.

박학선은 오피스텔을 찾아온 자신을 본 A 씨 딸이 남편에게 전화하려는 것을 막다가 우발적으로 범행을 저질렀다고 주장한 것으로 알려졌습니다.

하지만 검찰은 박학선이 이전부터 연락을 안 받거나 만나주지 않는단 이유 등으로 A 씨에게 여러 차례 폭언과 살해 협박을 이어왔고,프레디 쿠키오피스텔에 도착하자마자 흉기를 집어 공격한 점 등을 토대로 계획범죄라고 판단했습니다.

검찰은 죄에 상응하는 중형이 선고될 수 있도록 공소유지에 최선을 다하고,프레디 쿠키피해자 유족에 대한 지원에도 만전을 기하겠다고 덧붙였습니다.
