[앵커]

법정에서 판사는 절대적인 존재입니다.

하지만 이런 우월적 지위를 악용해 성희롱 같은 막말을 하거나 부적절한 재판 진행을 하는 경우도 있는데요.

이런 사례를 묶은 책이 처음으로 나왔습니다.

이호준 기자의 보도입니다.

[리포트]

친족에게 2년 동안 상습 성추행을 당했던 피해자.

증언을 위해 법정에 선 피해자에게 판사는 "성추행 부위가 어깨나 허리,야구 비다리에서 왜 더 자극적인 부위로 나아가지 않았냐"고 물었습니다.

같은 가해자로부터 성추행을 당한 또 다른 증인에겐 "어투가 이상하다"고 묻더니,야구 비조선족이라고 답하자 "중국에서 이런 건 일도 아니지 않냐"고 말했습니다.

대한변호사협회가 최근 발간한 '법관평가 사례집'에 수록된 내용입니다.

2008년 시작된 변호사들의 법관 평가가 책으로 발간된 건 이번이 처음입니다.

여성 피고인에게 "반성문 그만 쓰고 몸으로 때우라"고 성희롱성 발언을 한 판사,야구 비상간남에게 손해배상 소송을 제기한 남성에게 "마누라 팔아서 위자료 받으려 한다"는 말을 한 판사의 사례도 있었습니다.

판결 내용에 대한 불만 사례도 접수됐습니다.

자녀가 없는 사실혼 부부의 소송에서 "피고가 자녀를 양육한다"고 잘못된 사실을 판결문에 적거나,판결 이후 판결문 내용을 임의로 수정한 뒤 변호사에게 소 취하를 강요한 판사도 있었습니다.

변협은 성폭력 피해자에 대한 2차 가해 등 사안이 심각한 경우엔 해당 법원에 관련 사실을 통보한다고 설명했습니다.
