집주인이 전세보증금을 제때 돌려주지 않아 발생한 전세 보증사고 규모가 올해 상반기에만 2조7천억원에 육박했습니다.

오늘(16일) 주택도시보증공사(HUG)에 따르면 올해 1∼6월 전세보증금 반환보증 사고액은 2조6천591억원,미스터 포커사고 건수는 1만2천254건입니다.

빌라 전세사기,역전세 여파가 이어지면서 올해 상반기 보증사고는 작년 같은 기간(1조8천525억원)보다 43.5% 증가했습니다.

다만 월별 보증사고 액수는 2월을 정점으로 4개월 연속 줄었습니다.

보증사고액은 2월 6천489억원에서,미스터 포커3월 4천938억원,미스터 포커4월 4천708억원,미스터 포커5월 4천163억원,미스터 포커6월 3천366억원으로 서서히 감소하는 모습입니다.

세입자의 전세금 반환을 요청받은 HUG가 올해 상반기 내어준 돈(대위변제액)은 2조422억원입니다.

지난해 상반기 대위변제액 1조3천347억원보다 53% 늘었습니다.
