전 골프선수 박세리의 부친 박준철 씨가 사문서 위조 혐의로 검찰에 송치된 것과 관련,ket qua bong da dem qua"내가 아버지니까 내가 나서서 할 수 있다고 생각했다"고 입장을 밝혔다.
19일 MBC 등에 따르면 박 씨는 박세리희망재단 명의 도장의 도용에 대해 "재단의 도장을 위조하지 않았으며 사업 시공사 측의 요청에 따라 동의만 해준 것"이라며 "박세리가 있어야 얘들(시공사)이 대화할 때 새만금이 (사업을) 인정 해주지 않겠냐는 생각에 (도장을 사용했다)"라고 말했다.
도장을 몰래 제작했다는 의혹에 대해선 "몰래 만든 게 아니다.재단 설립 전 세리인터네셔널 회장 시절 만든 도장을 사용한 것"이라고 부인했다.
그러나 박세리희망재단 측은 "박 씨는 현 재단에서 어떠한 역할이나 직책도 맡은 바 없다"고 밝혔다.
한편 박 씨는 지난해 한 시공사로부터 전북 새만금 국제골프학교 설립 사업 참여 제안을 받은 뒤 사업참가의향서를 제출하는 과정에서 박세리희망재단 도장과 문서를 도용한 혐의를 받고 있다.
