인천 삼산경찰서는 2일 폭행치상 혐의로 20대 남성 A씨를 불구속 입건했다고 밝혔다.

A씨는 전날 오전 5시 30분께 인천시 부평구 부평동 번화가에서 20대 남성 B씨를 주먹으로 여러 차례 때려 다치게 한 혐의를 받고 있다.

B씨는 폭행 피해 이후 사회관계망서비스(SNS)에 머리 부위를 다친 자신의 사진을 올리고 "사진을 도촬해서 지워달라고 하니까 (A씨가) 때렸다"고 주장했다.

경찰은 A씨를 폭행 치상 혐의로 불구속 입건하고 목격자와 B씨 진술 및 사건 현장 폐쇄회로(CC)TV 등을 토대로 사실관계를 파악할 예정이다.

경찰 관계자는 "가해자만 조사한 상태로 아직 구체적인 사실관계는 확인되지 않았다"며 "B씨를 상대로 피해 경위를 조사할 계획"이라고 말했다.

한편 B씨는 틱톡에서 자신이 담긴 동영상을 주로 올리는 인플루언서로 39만 팔로워(구독자)를 보유한 것으로 확인됐다.
