김 대표는 쯔양이 자신의 과거와 관련한 논란을 해명한 것을 두고 거짓이라는 취지의 주장을 했고,라트비아 리그이에 대해 쯔양은 지난달 30일 김 대표를 허위사실 유포 및 공갈 등의 혐의로 고소했습니다.

검찰은 앞서 쯔양을 상대로 공갈을 저지른 혐의로 유튜버 구제역과 주작 감별사를 구속했고,라트비아 리그조만간 재판에 넘길 방침입니다.
