[헤럴드경제=김성훈 기자] 프로농구 선수 허웅(31·KCC)으로부터 강간당하고 임신 후 낙태까지 하게 됐다고 폭로한 전 연인이 공갈 혐의로 검찰에 넘겨졌다.

서울 강남경찰서는 허웅의 전 연인 A 씨를 공갈 및 공갈미수 혐의로 검찰에 송치했다고 16일 밝혔다.

허웅과 A 씨는 과거 교제했다가 2021년 결별한 사이다.A 씨는 지난 6월 허웅의 아이를 두 차례 임신했다가 허웅의 강요로 낙태했다고 폭로한 바 있다.

이에 허웅은 "아이를 책임질 의사가 있었다"고 해명하며 "A 씨가 2021년 5월 말부터 허씨의 사생활을 언론과 SNS,몬디알 파가니 125소속 구단 등을 통해 폭로하겠다고 협박하며 3억원을 요구했다"며 지난 6월 A 씨를 고소했다.경찰은 이 부분에 혐의가 있다고 판단해 검찰로 넘겼다.

다만 허웅은 A 씨가 마약류를 투약했다고도 고소했으나,몬디알 파가니 125경찰은 혐의가 없다고 보고 불송치할 방침이다.

A 씨는 "원치 않는 성관계를 해 임신했다"고 주장하며 허웅을 강간상해 혐의로 맞고소한 상태다.이 사건은 서울 수서경찰서가 수사 중이다.
