그런데 박 회장이 10여 년 전 인천의 한 고등학교에 근무할 당시 제자에게 보냈던 부적절한 편지들이 논란이 되고 있습니다.

박 회장이 보낸 것으로 알려진 편지 사본을 입수해 살펴봤습니다.

해당 학생을 "우리 자기","나의 여신님"이라고 부릅니다.

또 "하루 종일 당신을 떠올리고 사랑하고 있다"는 표현도 썼습니다.

당시 박 회장은 '제자와의 부적절한 편지 교환'이란 사유로 '견책' 조치를 받았습니다.

최근 이 문제가 다시 수면 위에 오르자 박 회장은 "쪽지를 보내 응원하고 격려한 부분이 과했던 것 같다"면서도 "부적절한 처신을 한 일은 없다"고 해명했습니다.

하지만 한국교총 홈페이지에는 "참담하고 부끄럽다",세븐 포커 잘하는 방법"사퇴를 촉구한다"는 내용의 게시글이 잇따라 올라오고 있습니다.

[한국교총 회원 (현직 초등교사) : 교총 탈퇴하기 위해서 (서류) 내려고 작성하고 있었죠.탈퇴 많이 하고 있어요.(같은) 교사의 입장에서 지금까지의 행동은 결코 용납할 수 없는 행동이죠.]

정치권에서도 비판이 이어졌습니다.

취재진은 추가 해명을 듣기 위해 박 회장에게 수차례 연락했지만 답을 받지 못했습니다.
