프랑스 파리 생제르망(PSG)에서 뛰는 축구 국가대표 미드필더 이강인(23)이 자신의 '국내 에이전시'를 맡았다고 주장한 마케팅 대행업체를 허위사실 유포 등 혐의로 고소했다.

15일 서울 성동경찰서는 전날 이강인 측이 마케팅 대행업체 A사 임원과 대리인을 허위사실 유포에 의한 명예훼손과 업무방해 혐의로 고소했다고 밝혔다.

경찰에 따르면 A사는‘이강인이 업무 대가로 50만원을 제시하고 협찬품을 돌려주지 않았다’는 취지의 주장을 공표했다.이강인 측은 A업체를 상대로 형사 고소와 손해배상청구소송을 제기했다.

이강인 측은 고소장에 "A사가 지난해 3월부터 스스로 '이강인의 국내 에이전시’라고 자처했다"며 "‘진행한 업무의 대가로 이강인이 50만원을 제시했다’는 등 (A사가) 허위사실을 퍼뜨렸다"고 명시했다.

이강인 측은 이 50만원이 1년 전인 지난해 7월 정산을 요청하며 제안한 금액이라는 입장이다.

또 올해 1월 A사에 업무 대가로 5000만원 지급을 제시했다.A업체를 통해 광고를 계약하거나 광고 에이전트 권한을 위임한 적도 없다고 고소장에 쓴 것으로 전해졌다.

한편 A사는 지난 6월 이강인 측을 상대로 명예훼손 혐의 형사고소와 손해배상청구 소송을 제기했다.
