18일 MBC에 따르면,신규슬롯사이트 yolo손 전 사장은 7월 13일 첫 방송될 MBC 시사교양 프로그램 '손석희의 질문들'을 진행한다.2013년 라디오 프로그램 '손석희의 시선집중'을 마지막으로 MBC에서 마이크를 내려놓은 뒤 11년 만의 복귀다.

'손석희의 질문들'은 사회 각 분야의 고민거리를 손 전 사장이 묻고 초대된 명사가 답하는 형식의 토크쇼다.'자영업의 위기' '디지털 시대 저널리즘의 고민' '영화의 갈 길' '나이 듦에 대한 생각' '텍스트의 쇠퇴' 등을 주제로 매주 토요일 5회에 걸쳐 방송된다.MBC 시사교양국 관계자는 "가능하면 편안한 분위기에서 사회의 고민거리를 함께 모색해 본다는 취지"라며 "한 가지 주제를 놓고 TV에서 오랜 시간 대담을 나누는 방식이 될 것"이라고 새 프로그램을 설명했다.

1984년 MBC로 입사한 손 전 사장은 MBC 시사교양 간판 아나운서였다.'손석희의 시선집중'(2000∼2013)을 비롯해 '100분 토론'(2002~2009) 등을 진행하며 얼굴을 알렸다.2013년엔 JTBC로 이직해 보도 담당 사장을 맡은 뒤 2020년 1월까지 '뉴스룸'을 진행했다.총괄사장을 거쳐 순회특파원으로 활동한 손 전 사장은 지난해 10월 JTBC에서 퇴직했다.지난 4월부터 일본 교토 리쓰메이칸 대학 객원교수로 재직 중이다.
