티메프 피해 판매자들과 소비자들은 서울 강남구 티몬 사무실 앞에서 공동으로 '검은 우산' 집회를 열어 "현재 약 70여 개 회사가 8월에 현금 유동성이 확보되지 않으면 파산이나 회생을 검토할 수밖에 없는 사정"이라고 밝혔습니다.

이어 "현재는 괜찮아 보여도 빠르게 대처하지 않으면 8월을 시작으로 9월,도토리묵 데치기10월에는 연쇄적으로 도산하는 업체들이 늘어난다"며 "많은 실업자가 배출될 것"이라고 강조했습니다.

판매자들은 정부가 내놓은 지원책에 대해서는 "'긴급경영자금'은 실상 대출일 뿐"이라며 "그마저도 대출 한도 제한이 있으며 6%에 육박하는 고금리와 짧은 거치기간은 판매자들을 다시 한번 절망에 빠뜨렸다"고 평가했습니다.

또 "높은 대출 신청 자격요건과 이미 대출이 있는 경우 한도 제한으로 긴급 경영자금 대출마저도 신청하지 못한 피해 판매자들이 너무 많다"며,도토리묵 데치기"이로 인해 이중의 고통을 겪고 있다"고 덧붙였습니다.

피해 소비자들은 "잊히지 않기 위해 거리로 다시 나왔다"며 "대책은 없고 서로 책임을 전가하며 시간을 보내고 있다.다만 최우선으로 돼야 할 것은 피해 복구"라고 강조했습니다.

또 "금융회사는 믿고 소비한 고객에 대한 책임을 다해주기를 호소한다"며 "여행사는 소비자 피해 상황을 이용한 영업 행위를 중단하고,상품권 판매처는 핀번호라는 변명으로 도망가지 말라"고 덧붙였습니다.
