지난해보다 부과 건수는 23만건(3.56%),부과 세액은 1천91억원(5.77%) 증가했다.

부과 세액 증가는 주택 공시가격 상승.대규모 공동주택 공급 및 대형 건축물 준공 등으로 등의 영향이라고 도는 분석했다.

정부는 2023년에 1주택자에 세 부담 완화를 위해 공정시장가격비율을 공시가격에 따라 3억 이하는 43%,3억~6억 원은 44%,6억원 초과는 45%로 인하해 적용하도록 했다.올해도 인하된 공정시장가격비율은 유지된다.

시군별로 전년 대비 재산세 증감 비율을 보면,군포시(-1.58%)와 부천시(-0.47%)는 감소한 반면 이천시(18.55%)를 비롯한 29개 시군은 증가했다.이는 대규모 아파트단지 준공이나 지식산업센터 같은 대형 건축물 신축 등에 따른 영향이다.

부과 세액 상위 시군은 성남시(2천255억원),윈 라스베이거스 카지노화성시(1천767억원),용인시(1천613억원) 등의 순이다.

도내 개별주택 중 재산세가 가장 많이 부과된 주택은 성남시 분당구 백현동 정용진 신세계그룹 회장의 단독주택으로 2천990만원이 부과됐다.이 주택의 올해 1월 기준 공시가격은 159억원이다.

재산세는 과세기준일인 매년 6월 1일 현재 과세물건 소유자에게 7월과 9월에 부과된다.7월에는 주택(1/2)과 건축물·항공기·선박에 대해 과세하고,9월에는 나머지 주택(1/2)과 토지에 대해 과세한다.

7월에 부과된 재산세 납부 기간은 7월 16일부터 7월 31일까지로 위택스(Wetax),가상계좌 등 다양한 방법을 이용해 납부할 수 있으며,기한 내 내지 않을 경우 가산세를 추가로 부담해야 한다.
