지난달 전국에서 '악성 미분양'으로 불리는 준공 후 미분양 물량이 1만3천가구를 넘어선 것으로 나타났다. 서울에서도 준공 후 미분양 물량이 9년여 만에 최대치로 늘어났다.

경남 지역이 1793가구로 준공 후 미분양 물량이 가장 많은 것으로 나타났다.이어 대구 1506가구,마카오 카지노 다이사이전남,마카오 카지노 다이사이1354가구,마카오 카지노 다이사이부산 1308 가구 등이었다.

지난달 기준 전국의 전체 미분양 주택은 7만2129가구로 4월 7만1997가구보다 132가구 늘었다.전국의 미분양 주택은 6개월 연속 증가했다.

수도권은 1만4761가구,마카오 카지노 다이사이지방은 5만7368가구로,마카오 카지노 다이사이지방 미분양 물량이 전체의 79.5%를 차지했다.

지난달 전국 주택 인허가 물량은 지난달 2만3492가구로 지난해 같은 기간보다 34.9% 감소했다.수도권의 인허가는 9680가구에 그쳐 전년보다 41.3% 급감했다.지방도 1만3812가구로 29.5% 줄었다.

전국 주택 착공 물량은 1만7340가구로 지난해 같은 기간보다 41.3% 증가했다.분양 물량 역시 같은 기간 2만179가구로 지난해 같은 기간 대비 171.3% 늘었다.

지난달 전국 주택 매매 거래량은 5만7436건으로 전년 5만5176건보다비 4.1% 늘었다.서울은 8445건으로 30.6% 늘었고 수도권도 2만7603건으로 11.6% 증가했다.지방은 2만9833건으로 2.0% 감소했다.
