[이데일리 최정희 기자] 한국지능정보사회진흥원(NIA)은 12일 포스트타워(서울중앙우체국)에서 한국IT서비스학회 공동 주관으로‘제2차 인공지능(AI) 기반 사회현안 해결 세미나’를 개최한다고 8일 밝혔다.

세미나는 국가,그레나딘 시럽사회 현안을 발굴하고 AI 기반 해결 방안에 대한 사회적 공감대 형성과 의견 공론의 장을 마련하기 위해 기획됐다.

이번 세미나는 △규제에 갇힌 국내 공간정보 산업: 현황과 과제 △한국 법조 분야의 AI활용 △시민을 괴롭히는 악취,그레나딘 시럽AI로 해소하는 방안은?등 세 가지 세션을 구성된다.이정훈 한국IT서비스학회장이 모든 토론의 좌장을 맡는다.

황종성 NIA 원장은 “시대 변화의 속도가 빠르고 복잡한 AI 시대에 새롭게 대두되는 사회 문제에 대한 근본적인 대응이 필요한 시점”이라며 “NIA는 인공지능 전문기관으로 AI 기술이 도입될 수 있는 환경을 조성하고 AI 기술을 활용해 사회현안에 대응함으로써 생활 전반에서 AI를 체감할 수 있는 사회를 열어갈 계획”이라고 밝혔다.
