지난해 2월 유튜버 구제역은 카톡 단체 대화방에 쯔양 사생활에 대한 글을 하나 올립니다.

사회 고발로 정의를 실현한다는 이른바 '사이버레커'들이 모인 방이었습니다.

구제역,서동욱 교수 야구주작감별사,서동욱 교수 야구카라큘라 등이 참여했습니다.

곧 쯔양을 협박해 갈취할 방법을 서로 조언하고 공유하기 시작합니다.

올려봐야 얼마나 버느냐며 돈을 뜯어내는 게 낫다고 말합니다.

그러면서 "영상을 만들어서 먼저 보여주라"고 협박 방법도 제시합니다.

"2억 원은 받아야 한다"며 "몇 천만 원은 받으라"고 조언합니다.

대화는 적나라했습니다.

"형님 혼자 벌지 말고 나도 받게 해달라"고 부탁하는 장면도 나왔습니다.

이 유튜버들은 지난 2021년 '한국 온라인 견인차공제회'란 모임을 만들었습니다.

겉으로는 사회 정의 실현을 내걸었습니다.

하지만 이런 식으로 함께 범행 대상을 찾고 단체 대화방에 정보를 공유한 뒤 공갈 협박을 모의했습니다.

쯔양 갈취 사건이 문제가 되자 통화 녹음을 편집해 증거 인멸을 시도했습니다.
