제주특별자치도는 이달부터 가칭‘13시의 금요일’을 도입,주 4.5일 근무제를 시행한다고 1일 밝혔다.

월요일부터 목요일까지 하루 8시간 근무 외 4시간 이상을 추가로 근무하고 금요일 오후 1시에 퇴근하는 방식이다.

도와 행정시,슬라우드 이불산하 공공기관이 주 40시간 근무를 유지하면서 기관별 규정 준비 상황에 따라 단계적으로 시행한다.

준비된 기관은 이날부터 즉시 시행에 들어가고 보완이 필요한 곳은 준비가 되는 대로 참여한다.

제주의료원과 서귀포의료원은 의료공백 우려로 인해 이번 시행에서 제외되고 향후 여건이 조성되면 진행하게 된다.

도는 업무 공백과 주민 불편을 막기 위해 부서장 책임 하에 부서 내 팀별 인원의 30% 이내에서 운영할 방침이다.

특정인의 집중 이용을 방지하기 위해 순번제를 통한 균등 이용을 원칙으로 한다.

한편 도의‘13시의 금요일’은 정책기획관실 총괄 하에 총무과,예산담당관,행정시,공공기관이 도입을 협의하고 지난 6월 20일 실무책임관 전체 회의를 거쳐 최종 결정했다.
