(서울=연합뉴스) 권혜진 기자 = 올해 서울의 9억원 이상 아파트 매매 거래량이 역대 가장 많은 것으로 나타났다.

10일 부동산 정보제공업체 경제만랩에 따르면 국토교통부 실거래가 공개시스템에 등록된 올해 1∼5월 서울 아파트 매매 1만8천830건을 분석한 결과,9억원 이상 거래가 9천870건으로 집계됐다.

이는 국토교통부가 관련 통계를 집계하기 시작한 2006년(매년 1∼5월 기준) 이래 가장 많은 숫자다.

최근 서울의 9억원 이상 아파트 매매 거래량을 보면 2021년(이하 1∼5월 기준) 9천608건을 기록한 뒤 2022년 3천77건으로 하락했으나 지난해 6천406건으로 반등한 데 이어 올해 역대 최다를 기록했다.

서울 25개 자치구 중 9억원 이상 아파트 매매 거래량이 가장 많은 자치구는 송파구(1천298건)로 집계됐다.

이어 강남구 1천87건,온라인 슬롯 불법성동구 889건,서초구 841건,온라인 슬롯 불법마포구 749건,온라인 슬롯 불법강동구 732건,동작구 587건,온라인 슬롯 불법영등포구 582건,온라인 슬롯 불법양천구 430건,광진구 321건 순이었다.

9억원 이상 아파트 매매 거래는 갈수록 늘어날 전망이다.

최근 실거래가 상승 조짐이 나타나고 있어서다.

구체적으로 서울 송파구 잠실동 '레이크팰리스' 전용면적 84.82㎡는 지난해 5월 29일 20억7천500만원(5층)에 거래됐으나 올해 5월 25일에는 22억3천만원(5층)에 계약돼 1년 만에 1억5천500만원이 올랐다.

서울 강남구 도곡동 '역삼럭키' 전용면적 84.97㎡도 지난해 5월 13일 17억8천만원(9층)에 거래됐지만,온라인 슬롯 불법올해 5월 30일에는 19억2천500만원(8층)에 계약이 체결됐다.

서울 성동구 옥수동 '옥수삼성' 전용면적 84.82㎡도 지난해 5월 6일 13억5천만원(13층)에서 올해 5월 4일에는 15억500만원(10층)에 계약돼 1년 새 1억5천500만원이 올랐다.

경제만랩은 '똘똘한 한채'에 대한 수요로 서울 아파트에 매수세가 몰리는 것으로 해석했다.

황한솔 경제만랩 리서치연구원은 "아파트 전셋값과 분양가가 오르고 있는 데다 종합부동산세 규제 완화 움직임도 보이는 만큼 서울 똘똘한 한 채 아파트 매수 수요가 늘어나고 있는 것으로 보인다"고 말했다.
