하반기 금리인하·PF 부실 등 리스크 요인

[연합뉴스] 국내 주요 금융지주들이 올해 2분기 호실적을 발표할 것으로 전망된다.1분기에 홍콩 H지수 주가연계증권(ELS) 손실 배상을 반영한 뒤라서 이번 분기에는 고금리 이자수익이 그대로 반영된 것으로 보인다.

28일 금융정보업체 에프앤가이드에 따르면 KB·신한·하나·우리 등 4대 금융지주의 2분기 순이익 전망치는 4조6418억원을 기록했다.전년동기(4조3765억원) 대비 10% 가량 증가했다.

회사별로 살펴보면 KB금융을 제외한 3개 금융지주의 순이익은 모두 전년 동기보다 증가할 것으로 기대된다.신한지주의 순이익은 1조2688억원에서 1조3217억원으로 4.2%,월드컵 부츠하나금융지주는 9358억원에서 1082억원으로 7.7%,월드컵 부츠우리금융은 6672억원에서 8545억원으로 28.1% 각각 늘어날 전망이다.반면 KB금융의 순이익은 지난해 2분기 1조5048억원에서 올해 2분기 1조4574억원으로 3.1% 감소할 것으로 추정된다.

금융지주들은 올해 연간 역대 최대 실적을 기록할 수 있다.4대 금융지주의 올해 순이익 추정치는 16조4588억원이다.지난해(15조1367억원)보다 9.5% 증가한 수치다.지난 2022년의 사상 최대 실적(15조6503억원)도 뛰어넘는다.

다만 올해 하반기 금리가 내릴 경우 이자이익이 다시 감소하면서 실적이 예상에 못미칠 가능성도 있다.업계에선 부동산 프로젝트파이낸싱(PF) 부실 확대에 따른 자산 건전성 악화 등을 하반기 위험 요인으로 꼽는다.
