정부가 수도권 신축매입 임대주택을 올해 안에 1만 7천 가구 이상 추가로 매입하기로 했습니다.

국토교통부는 '8·8 주택공급 확대방안'의 후속 조치로,세이프 파워볼LH가 신축매입 임대주택 사업자 모집 공고를 시작한다고 밝혔습니다.

앞서 정부는 '8·8 대책'을 통해 올해와 내년 신축매입 임대주택 공급 목표치를 9만 가구에서 11만 가구 이상으로 늘리기로 했습니다.

매입임대주택은 기축이나 신축 주택을 사들여 저렴하게 임대하는 제도로,세이프 파워볼이번 추가 매입 주택은 최소 6년간 임대한 뒤 분양받을 수 있는 분양전환형으로 공급합니다.

분양전환형 매입임대는 입주 선호도가 높은 전용면적 60에서 85제곱미터의 중형평형 위주로 공급되며,세이프 파워볼분양 가격은 입주 시 감정가와 분양 시 감정가를 평균해 산출하게 됩니다.
