현지시간 27일 미 뉴욕증시에 상장하는 네이버웹툰의 공모가격이 희망범위 상단인 주당 21달러로 결정됐다고 블룸버그 통신이 26일 전했습니다.

네이버웹툰의 본사이자 북미 소재 법인인 웹툰 엔터테인먼트는 앞서 미국 증권거래위원회(SEC)에 제출한 증권신고서에서 주식 공모가격 희망 범위를 주당 18∼21달러로 제시했습니다.

희망가격 최상단의 공모가 결정은 웹툰 엔터테인먼트에 대한 현지 투자자들의 관심도가 높다는 것으로 풀이됩니다.

웹툰 엔터테인먼트는 이번 기업공개(IPO)를 통해 보통주 1천500만주 발행,많이 컸네공모가 적용 시 3억1천500만달러,많이 컸네약 4천400억원을 조달할 것으로 전망됩니다.

공모가 상단 가격을 적용한 상장 후 기업가치는 27억달러,많이 컸네약 3조7천억원에 이를 것으로 예상됩니다.

웹툰 엔터테인먼트는 종목 코드 'WBTN'으로 27일부터 나스닥 시장에서 거래될 예정입니다.

상장 완료 후에도 네이버의 웹툰 엔터테인먼트 지분은 63.4%로,많이 컸네지배주주로서 이사 선임 권한을 보유하게 됩니다.

또 다른 주주인 라인야후(LY 코퍼레이션)도 지분율 24.7%의 주요 주주로 계속 남게 됩니다.
