[서울=뉴시스] 구무서 기자 = 의사 집단행동으로 인한 피해 신고 중 82%가 상급종합병원에서 발생해 상대적으로 중증환자들의 피해가 클 것이라는 우려가 나오고 있다.

25일 조국혁신당 김선민 의원이 보건복지부로부터 제출받은 자료에 따르면 지난 2월19일 전공의 집단행동 이후 6월21일까지 의사 집단행동 피해신고지원센터에 접수된 피해신고는 813건이다.

피해신고를 의료기관 종별로 분류하면 82.2%인 668건이 상급종합병원에서 발생했고 14.9%인 121건은 종합병원,평균 로또 1등3%인 24건은 병·의원에서 발생했다.

상급종합병원은 상대적으로 중증환자가 더 많이 진료 받는 곳이다.

전날 복지부가 공개한 의사 집단행동 피해신고지원센터 신고 접수에 따르면 서울대 의대·병원 비상대책위원회가 무기한 휴진을 실시한 17일부터 21일까지 총 10건의 서울대병원 관련 피해가 접수됐다.

국회 보건복지위원회는 오는 26일 의대 정원 확대 관련 청문회를 열 계획이다.

김 의원은 "의사들의 집단행동으로 인해 환자들의 피해가 날로 커지고 있다.이러한 피해들은 특히 희귀·중증질환자들에게 더욱 가혹할 수 있다"며 "하루 빨리 정부와 의료계가 합의해 의사들의 집단행동이 종료될 수 있도록 노력하겠다"고 말했다.
