이들 8인은 ▲사업관리 우수 ▲사업환경 개선 노력 ▲적정대가 산정 노력 ▲과업변경 최소화 노력 ▲발주행정 생태계 개선 등에 기여했다.우수 발주자 8인에 뽑힌 사람은 AJ네트웍스 김종휘 팀장,경기도교육청 강태화 주무관,광주테크노파크 윤병규 선임,농업정책보험금융원 김동휘 팀장,카라바오컵 대진표한국도로공사 심명진 차장,카라바오컵 대진표한국전력거래소 서동휘 대리,한국주택금융공사 양혜진 차장,한전KDN 최홍서 차장 등이다.
