천왕성 표면 - 2024년 실시간 업데이트

제주특별자치도가 도내 지하수 이용시설에 대한 안정적인 관리를 위해 지하수 이용실태 점검에 나섰다.

도내에서 운영 중인 지하수시설은 ▷농어업용 4132공 ▷생활용 1425공 ▷공업용 131공 ▷먹는샘물용 7공 등 5695공이다.

도는 이번 점검을 통해 ▷지하수관정 표고 기준점 설치 ▷지하수개발 이용시설의 오염방지를 위한 상부 보호시설 등 설치 여부 및 관리 상태 ▷지하수 이용 용도와 허가받은 용도 외 사용 여부 ▷계량기 작동 여부 및 자료전송 상태 ▷시설 변경 유무 ▷주변환경 관리실태 등을 살핀다.

올해 상반기 현장조사에서는 상부보호시설,천왕성 표면계량기 고장 등 시설개선이 필요한 관정은 총 181공으로 파악됐다.미사용 지하수 관정 21공은 이용 종료하고,천왕성 표면17공에 대해선 원상복구를 진행하고 있다.

도는 시설 기준에 미달해 오염물질 유입 우려가 있거나,천왕성 표면허가용도에 맞지 않는 사용 사례 등에 대해선 시정되지 않을 경우 관련 규정에 따라 조치할 계획이다.

강애숙 제주도 기후환경국장은 “체계적인 지하수 관리를 도모하고 도민이 안전하게 이용할 수 있도록 만전을 기하겠다”고 말했다.
