25일 부동산 분석업체 부동산인포가 통계청에서 발표한‘2024년 1~4월 국내 인구이동 결과’자료를 분석한 결과에 따르면 서울은 순유출이 늘고,해외 카지노 이용경기·인천은 순유입이 늘어난 것으로 나타났다.

통계청 자료를 봐도 최근 10년간(2014∼2023년) 서울에서 다른 지역으로 빠져나간 인구 중 경기로 전입한 인구가 340만5000명으로 시도 가운데 가장 많았고,해외 카지노 이용이중‘주택’을 이유로 전입한 인구가 136만4000명으로‘가족’(88만8000명)‘직업’(68만 명) 등 다른 사유보다 많았다.

향후 거주지를 옮기기 위해 서울 거주자가 경기·인천 지역 아파트를 매입하는 사례도 늘고 있다.한국부동산원‘매입자 거주지별 아파트 매매거래’자료에 따르면 올해 1~4월 경기권 아파트를 사들인 서울 거주자는 4729명으로 작년 같은 기간보다 15.7% 늘었다.인천 아파트를 매입한 서울 거주자는 661명에서 769명으로 16.3% 증가했다.
