연인을 폭행한 혐의로 기소된 스포츠트레이너 황철순(40) 씨가 실형을 선고받고 법정 구속됐습니다.

서울중앙지법 형사2단독 박소정 판사는 오늘(11일) 폭행,가토 슬롯폭행치상,가토 슬롯재물손괴 혐의로 기소된 황 씨에게 징역 1년을 선고하고 "도주 우려가 있다"며 법정 구속했습니다.

재판부는 "피해자가 수사 기관에서부터 법정에 이르기까지 폭행 경위,가토 슬롯방법,부위 등 주요 부분에 대해 구체적이고 일관되게 진술했다"며 황 씨의 혐의를 모두 유죄로 인정했습니다.

재판부는 "상해를 당한 피해자가 느꼈을 공포심은 상당했을 것"이라며 "그런데도 황 씨는 '종아리 근육 부드러운 부분으로 피해자의 머리를 제기차기하듯 들어 올렸다'는 납득하기 어려운 변명을 하고 공소사실과 무관한 내용으로 피해자를 비난하고 있다"고 질책했습니다.

이어 폭행으로 징역형의 집행유예 등 형사처벌을 받은 황 씨의 전력을 거론하면서 "준법의식이 미약하고 개전의 정(반성하는 마음가짐)이 부족해 죄책에 상응하는 처벌을 받아야 한다"고 지적했습니다.

황 씨는 작년 10월 16일 전남 여수시의 한 건물 야외 주차장에서 당시 연인이던 A 씨와 말다툼하다가 주먹으로 A 씨의 얼굴과 머리를 20차례 이상 때리고 발로 얼굴을 여러 차례 걷어찬 혐의로 기소됐습니다.

황 씨는 이후에도 A 씨의 머리채를 잡고 차량에 끌고 가 조수석에 앉힌 후 손으로 폭행한 것으로 조사됐습니다.

이 과정에서 A 씨의 휴대전화를 바닥에 던져 파손하고 운전석 문을 주먹으로 내려쳐 찌그러뜨렸습니다.

A 씨는 3주간의 치료가 필요한 골절 등 상해를 입었습니다.

황 씨는 작년 8월 1일 자신의 집에서도 A 씨의 머리를 2∼3차례 때리고 머리채를 잡아끄는 등 폭행한 것으로 조사됐습니다.

피트니스 선수로 활동하던 황 씨는 2011∼2016년 tvN의 코미디 프로그램 코미디빅리그(코빅)에 '징맨'으로 출연해 이름을 알렸습니다.
