[파이낸셜뉴스] 복권 발권 오류 사건에 연루된 동행복권 전·현직 대표에 대해 검찰이 경찰에 보완 수사를 요구했다.수사 대상에 포함된 조형섭 동행복권 공동대표는 이숙연 대법 후보자(56·사법연수원 26기)의 남편이다.

12일 경찰에 따르면 서울 서초경찰서는 이들의 복권 및 복권기금법(복권법) 혐의를 보완 수사하라는 요구를 서울중앙지검 형사1부(김승호 부장검사)로부터 지난달 초 접수받아 수사 중이다.

조 대표와 김세중 전 대표는 2021년 9월 스피또1000 제58회 복권 6매에서 육안상 당첨 결과와 판매점 시스템상 당첨 결과가 일치하지 않자 오류로 추정되는 복권 20만장을 회수하기 위해 복권 정보를 이용한 혐의를 받는다.

경찰은 동행복권이 해당 회차의 당첨 복권 정보와 유통 정보를 이용한 것으로 파악했다.문제 소지가 있는 복권을 추려 회수하기 위해 당첨 복권이 어느 지점에서 판매됐는지 확인할 수 있는 정보를 들여다봤다는 것이다.

경찰은 지난 3월 송치 의견으로 결론을 낸 뒤 서울경찰청 수사심의위원회를 거쳐 지난 5월 말 검찰에 송치했다.

경찰 관계자는 "혐의 내용을 분명히 하라는 취지의 보완 수사 요구"라고 말했다.
