복지부는 요양보호사 1명이 돌보는 요양기관 입소자 수를 현재 2.3명에서 2025년부터 2.1명으로 줄이기로 했습니다. 다만 요양기관의 인력 수급 문제를 고려해 기존 시설에 대해서는 '2.3명 대 1명' 인력 배치 기준을 2026년 말까지는 허용하기로 했습니다.

노인장기요양보험 수가(서비스 대가)와 보험료율은 논의를 거쳐 오는 9월 이후 결정합니다.
