검찰이 10대 여학생을 강제로 끌고 가려다 미수에 그친 50대 남성을 구속기소 했다.

12일 서울북부지검 형사4부(부장검사 윤수정)는 전날 A씨를 미성년자약취미수죄,리유니온아동복지법위반(아동학대)죄 등 혐의로 구속기소 했다고 밝혔다.

A씨는 지난달 26일 오후 4시께 서울 노원구의 한 아파트에서 귀가하던 15살 여학생에게 달려들어 강제로 끌고 가려 한 혐의를 받는다.피해 학생의 비명을 듣고 나온 부모의 제지로 범행은 미수에 그쳤고,리유니온A씨는 경찰에 현행범으로 체포됐다.

검찰 관계자는 “피해 아동이 신체적·심리적으로 극심한 충격을 받은 점을 고려해 경찰에서 송치된 미성년자약취미수 외에 아동학대죄도 적용했다”며 “향후 범죄에 상응하는 처벌이 이뤄질 수 있도록 공소 유지에 만전을 기할 것”이라고 말했다.
