그러면서 "더이상 창피한 진흙탕 싸움 하지말아 주십시오.우리 당이 죽는 길이다.한동훈 후보도 더이상 쌈닭처럼 일일이 논박하고 싸우지 마십시오.대통령과 여사에게 결코 도움되지 않는 길이다"고 의미를 부여했다.

김 교수는 "총선 참패의 책임은 끝까지 사과반대하던 용산·친윤·친윤 호소인들에게 있다"며 "지금 여사문자까지 공개하며 참패 책임을 한동훈 후보에게 묻는것 이야말로 자가당착이자 적반하장이다"고 말했다.

김 교수는 "이러한 논쟁은 소가 웃을 잔꾀일 뿐이다"고 하면서 "오직 한동훈 후보를 끌어내리기 위해 당 전체를 진흙탕으로 만드는 저열한 잔기술자들은 자중해야 한다"고 강조했다.
