[헤럴드경제(부산)=임순택 기자] 박형준 부산시장이 제1호 원스톱기업지원 전담공무원으로서 민선 8기 후반기 시작을 알렸다.

1일 부산시에 따르면 박 시장은 이날 오후 민선 8기 후반기 돌입 첫 행보로 르노코리아㈜ 부산공장을 방문해 기업의 애로사항 등을 직접 살핀다.

이날 현장방문은 지난달 27일 '제44차 비상경제대책회의'에서 논의된 '원스톱 기업투자 신속 지원방안'의 실행력을 높이기 위한 차원에서 마련됐다.

부산시는 1일부터 기업지원 전담 조직인 '원스톱기업지원단'을 운영한다.원스톱기업지원단은 ▷원스톱 기업지원 체계 구축 ▷투자사업장 걸림돌 제거 ▷기업투자지원 역량강화 등 3대 전략과 8대 과제로 현장에서 기업을 촘촘히 밀착 전담 지원한다.

이날 박 시장은 르노코리아의 신차·개발 생산 프로젝트인 '오로라 프로젝트' 추진 상황을 살펴보고,블랙잭 기본 전략기업 관계자들로부터 애로사항을 직접 청취하며 해결 방안을 함께 모색한다.

특히 르노코리아가 당면한 애로사항 중 투자 규제 개선 관련 신차 개발에 필요한 설비 투자의 경우에도 현금지원이 가능하도록 정부 지침 개정 조치를 조속히 추진할 예정이다.

미래차 생태계 구축을 위해 필요한 우수한 전기차 부품회사 입주를 위해 기회발전특구 제도를 활용,법인세 감면 및 시세 감면 조례 개정을 통해 '취득세 최대 100% 감면' 등 세제 혜택 부여 방안과 함께 연구개발 지원시설 구축 대책을 마련할 계획이다.

르노코리아 부산공장은 '오로라 프로젝트' 추진을 위해 지난달 말부터 생산설비 개조 공사 등 미래차 생산 체계를 구축 중이다.'오로라1'을 시작으로 '오로라2~3','폴스타4' 등 하이브리드,블랙잭 기본 전략전기차 신차를 계속 출시해 부산의 '미래차 생산 허브기지'로 지역 자동차 산업 발전에 힘을 보탤 계획이다.

박형준 시장은 "민선 8기 후반기에 중점 추진할 시정 운영 키워드 중 하나가 경제체질의 혁신"이라며 "조직을 일원화해 시장이 직접 챙겨 시민들이 경제 활력을 체감할 수 있는 '기업하기 좋은 도시 부산'을 반드시 만들겠다"는 의지를 밝혔다.
