(서울=연합뉴스) 김기훈 기자 = 서울주택도시공사(SH공사)는 이른바 '반값 아파트'라 불리는 토지임대부 분양주택 추가 사전예약을 추진한다고 11일 밝혔다.

토지임대부 분양주택은 토지는 공공이 보유하고 건물만 분양해 분양가를 낮춘 주택이다.

앞서 SH공사는 2022년 말부터 고덕강일 3단지 1차 사전예약을 시작으로 고덕강일 3단지 2차,마곡지구 10-2단지,카지노 산업 현황마곡지구 16단지,카지노 산업 현황위례 A1-14블록의 사전예약을 차례로 한 바 있다.

총 1천856세대 모집에 7만2128명이 신청해 평균 39대 1의 경쟁률을 기록하는 등 청약 수요자의 높은 관심을 받았다.

이 같은 호응에 힘입어 SH공사는 마곡지구 10-2단지를 시작으로 고덕강일 3단지의 추가 사전 예약을 올해 3분기부터 순차적으로 추진할 예정이다.

세부 공급 규모와 시기는 관계기관과 협의 후 확정할 예정이다.

이번 추가 사전예약은 5월 14일 국토교통부가 발표한 '공공사전청약 신규 시행 중단'과는 별개로 SH공사가 사전예약을 한 바 있는 기존 토지임대부 분양주택 단지의 추가 사전예약이다.

특히 마곡 10-2단지는 본청약 예정 시기(2025년 12월 예정)가 가장 앞선 단지로 당첨 시 빠른 입주(2026년 7월 예정)를 기대할 수 있다.

김헌동 SH공사 사장은 "공사가 공급하는 토지임대부 분양주택은 준공이 가까운 시점에 본청약을 진행하는 후분양 단지"라며 "백 년 동안 거주할 수 있는 최고 품질의 아파트를 합리적인 분양가에 차질 없이 공급하겠다"고 말했다.
