'공보의 명단' 인터넷 유출 시켜
의사 11명과 의대생 2명 송치

[서울=뉴시스] 김혜진 기자 =사진은 8일 서울 시내 한 대학병원에서 의사들이 이동하는 모습.2024.02.08.[서울=뉴시스]이수정 기자 = 집단 사직한 전공의들의 빈 자리를 메우려 병원에 파견된 공중보건의(공보의) 명단이 인터넷에 유출된 것과 관련해,코인마케팅경찰이 명단을 최초로 유출한 공보의를 포함해 총 13명을 검찰에 넘겼다.

서울경찰청 사이버수사대는 공무상비밀누설 및 개인정보보호법 위반 혐의를 받는 전공의 2명과 공보의 6명 등 의사 11명과 의대생 2명을 지난 15일 불구속 송치했다고 16일 밝혔다.

공보의 A씨는 '의료기관 비상진료 지원 공보의 파견 명단'을 사회관계망서비스(SNS)에 최초로 유출한 혐의를 받는다.이외에도 의사 10명과 의대생 2명은 명단을 인터넷 커뮤니티 등에 게시한 혐의를 받는다.

앞서 정부는 지난 3월11일 전공의 의료 공백에 대응해 상급종합병원 20곳에 군의관 20명,코인마케팅공중보건의사 138명 등 공보의 158명을 파견한 바 있다.

이후 일부 온라인 커뮤니티에는 파견 공보의들의 이름만 가린 채 소속을 명시한 문건이 올라와 논란이 일었다.이에 보건복지부는 같은달 12일 명단을 유출한 성명불상의 글 작성자를 경찰에 수사 의뢰했다．
