지난 상반기 은행 주택담보대출이 25조원 넘게 늘면서 3년 만에 최대 증가폭을 경신했습니다.

한국은행이 오늘(10일) 발표한 '2024년 6월 중 금융시장 동향'에 따르면 지난달 말 기준 은행 가계대출 잔액은 한 달 전에 비해 6조원 늘어난 1천115조 5천억원으로 집계됐습니다.

은행 가계대출은 지난 3월 전달보다 1조7천억원 감소한 이후 4월 한 달 만에 다시 5조원 증가해 이번까지 3개월 연속 증가세를 보이고 있습니다.

이번 가계대출 증가는 주택담보대출의 증가 폭이 확대된 영향이 컸습니다.

지난달 은행 주담대는 6조 3천억원 늘어 전달의 5조 7천억원의 증가보다 폭이 6천억원 커졌습니다.

상반기 누적 기준 은행 주담대는 26조 5천억 원 늘었습니다.지난 2021년 상반기 30조 4천억원 이후 최대 폭 증가 기록을 다시 기록했습니다.

반면,uslc신용대출을 포함한 기타 대출은 3천억원 줄어들며 3개월 만에 감소세로 돌아섰습니다.

원지환 한은 금융시장국 시장총괄팀 차장은 "6월 중 은행 가계대출은 주담대 증가 폭이 확대되고 기타대출이 감소 전환하면서 전월 수준의 증가세를 지속했다"고 밝혔습니다.

이어 "주택 거래 증가,uslc대출금리 하락 정책 대출 공급 지속 등으로 증가 폭이 다소 늘었다"고 덧붙였습니다.

하지만 한은은 지난달 가계대출 규모가 실제로는 축소된 것으로 봤습니다.

원 차장은 "해당 통계에는 포함되지 않지만 가계신용 통계에는 포함되는 주택도시기금 정책대출 직접 융자분을 포함할 경우 지난달 주담대 규모는 전월과 마찬가지로 6조원 미만 수준으로 늘어났다"며 "사실상 주담대가 지난달 정도 수준의 증가세를 지속했다"고 말했습니다.
