KB증권(사장 김성현,이홍구)은 지난 12일 'KB전략,지에스파워바이코리아 귀환: Again BUY KOREA'라는 제목의 리서치 보고서를 통해 저평가 대형 우량주의 가치 상승 전망을 기반으로 'KB Again BUY KOREA' 관련 12개 종목을 선정했다.

기획재정부는 이달 초 자본시장 선진화 대책 발표에서 주주환원을 늘린 기업에게 법인세 감면 혜택을 주는 내용을 담으면서 밸류업 프로그램의 정책을 구체화한 바 있다.이러한 정부의 밸류업 프로그램은 주주환원율 확대를 통한 기업가치 제고,자본시장 개방에 따른 환율 안정 효과,외국인 유입 확대를 가져올 것으로 기대되고 있다.

KB증권 리서치본부는 리서치 보고서를 통해 정부 정책의 수혜가 가능한 종목 12선을 제시하고 투자 가이드를 제공했다.해당 종목은 삼성전자,SK하이닉스,LG전자,현대차,현대모비스,하나금융지주,기아,삼성물산,지에스파워GS,KT,삼성화재,지에스파워키움증권 등이다.

KB증권은 해당 보고서에서 일본의 밸류업 프로그램을 통해 큰 수익을 거둔 투자자들과 일본 주식시장의 상승 기회를 놓친 투자자들에게서 한국 증시 관심도가 커지고 있다고 관찰하고,특히 하반기에는 밸류업 프로그램 정책 추진이 가시화될 때마다 외국인의 매수 강도가 더욱 고조될 것으로 전망했다.

또한,세법과 상법 개정을 통한 주주친화 정책은 외국인의 한국 증시 참여 비중 확대와 더불어 1,400만명으로 급증한 개인투자자 기반을 더욱 확대시키고,가계 자산 구조의 변화를 가져오는 계기로 작용할 것으로 예상했다.

마지막으로,20년 이상 지속 추진되고 있는 일본의 밸류업 프로그램처럼 한국의 밸류업 프로그램도 장기 프로젝트로 설계되어 주식시장의 장기 상승 동력으로 작용할 것으로 봤다.

KB증권 김동원 리서치본부장은 "현재는 정부 정책의 수혜가 기대되는 대형주 중심의 비중 확대가 필요한 시점으로 판단되며,기업의 변화에 발맞추어 투자자들의 동참이 확대될 것으로 기대한다"고 말했다.
