자이가이스트의 모듈러 주택에 경동나비엔의 IoT기술을 적용하면서 스마트폰을 활용해 원격으로 보일러,낫소 축구공환기청정기,낫소 축구공일괄소등 스위치 등을 제어할 수 있게 됐다.또한 동절기 네트워크 스위치를 통해 열선을 원격으로 제어할 수 있어 상수관 동파 위험을 방지할 수 있게 된다.집안에 설치된 침입감지센서를 통해 불법 침입이 감지되면 스마트폰으로 알려주고 폐쇄회로(CC)TV로 확인 가능해져 보안기능이 강화됐다.

자이가이스트는 이번 '경동나비엔 홈 IoT 패키지'를 세컨드 홈 수요를 겨냥해 개발한 상품 RM에 먼저 적용할 예정이며,낫소 축구공이달 RM 상품 계약자에 한해 무상설치 프로모션을 진행할 예정이다.향후 경동나비엔과 지속적인 협업으로 화재 발생시 스마트폰 알림 서비스,낫소 축구공CCTV 스마트폰 녹화 서비스 등 단독주택 라이프에 맞춤형 IoT 상품을 추가로 개발·적용해 나갈 계획이다.
