최근 한 유튜버가 밀양 집단 성폭행 사건 피해자 측의 목소리를 그대로 내보냈습니다.

[A씨/유튜버 : 목소리 그냥 그대로 나간 거,주식 배당이란그게 좀 많이 불편하신 것 같아.맞죠?]

제보자에게 받은 것이라며 판결문도 공개했습니다.

당시 상황이 적나라하게 담겨 있습니다.

그래서 성범죄 판결문은 당사자가 아니면 열람 목적으로도 공개되지 않습니다.

피해자 측은 내려달라고 유튜버에 강하게 항의도 했습니다.

하지만 해당 유튜버는 피해자 측 탓을 했습니다.

[A씨/유튜버 : 제삼자인 동생,주식 배당이란사촌언니,주식 배당이란이모,이런 가족들께서 연락 오셔서 저한테 '당사자가 원하지 않습니다.이걸 다루지 말라'고 하시면 저는 이것에 대해서 더 면밀히 살필 겁니다.]

비난이 거세지자 결국 모든 영상을 지웠습니다.

처음 신상 공개에 나섰던 또 다른 유튜버는 어제(9일)부터 다시 공개에 나섰습니다.

다른 유튜버들도 경쟁하듯 밀양 사건 신상 공개를 쏟아내고 있습니다.

[이웅혁/건국대 경찰학과 교수 : 사적 이익이 우선되고 있고… 지금 정보통신망법 명예훼손의 현행범일 가능성도 큰 것이고요.]

오늘 6번째 가해자라고 지목돼 신상이 공개된 한 남성은 같은 학교만 다녔을 뿐 가해자가 아니라며 범죄수사경력을 조회한 내용을 공개하기도 했습니다.

경찰은 신상을 공개한 유튜버들을 상대로 고소와 진정 등이 16건 접수됐다며 집중 수사하고 있다고 밝혔습니다.
