중국 계열사는 감소세…한화,3년 연속 해외법인 최다

(서울=연합뉴스) 한지은 기자 = 국내 대기업집단이 외국에 세운 해외 법인이 올해 6천곳을 넘어섰고,슬롯 무료 토토그중 25%가 미국에 있는 것으로 나타났다.

기업분석전문 한국CXO연구소는 공정거래위원회가 올해 지정한 자산 5조원 이상 88개 대기업집단의 해외 계열사 현황을 분석한 결과 이같이 집계됐다고 27일 밝혔다.

88개 그룹이 실질적으로 지배하고 있는 해외 계열사는 129개국 6천166곳으로,국내 계열사(3천318곳)보다 2천848곳 많았다.

그룹별로 한화그룹이 824곳으로 가장 많은 해외 법인을 뒀다.한화그룹은 태양광 사업으로 인해 여러 국가에 관련 법인을 세운 것으로 분석됐다.

이어 SK그룹과 삼성그룹이 각각 해외 법인 638곳,563곳을 뒀다.삼성은 지난 2021년까지 국내 그룹 중 해외 계열사가 가장 많았으나 2022년부터 한화에 1위를 내줬다.

특히 삼성은 중국(홍콩 제외)에서만 2018년 87곳이던 계열사를 올해 63곳까지 줄여나갔다.

또 현대차(425곳),슬롯 무료 토토CJ(401곳),LG(284곳),롯데(203곳),GS(163곳),포스코(149곳),네이버(106곳),미래에셋(104곳),OCI(102곳) 등 그룹별로 100곳이 넘는 해외 법인을 두고 있었다.

국가별로 보면 미국에서만 1천590곳의 계열사가 세워졌다.미국 법인이 차지하는 비율은 2021년 18.8%에서 2022년 22.1%,2023년 23.2%,슬롯 무료 토토올해 25.8%로 꾸준히 증가하고 있다.

미국 다음으로 중국에는 해외 법인 827곳이 운영 중인 것으로 조사됐다.중국에 설립된 계열사 비중(홍콩 제외)은 2022년 15.9%에서 2023년 14.9%,올해 13.4%로 하락세다.

세 번째로 해외 법인이 많은 나라는 베트남(314곳)으로 나타났다.이어 일본(226곳),싱가포르(217곳),인도네시아(199곳),슬롯 무료 토토프랑스(196곳),인도(158곳) 순이었다.

특히 싱가포르 해외 법인이 매년 증가하는 상황과 상반되게 홍콩 해외 법인은 2021년 163곳에서 2022년과 2023년 154곳,올해 141곳으로 꾸준히 감소하는 것으로 나타났다.

버진아일랜드 케이맨 제도,마셜 제도 등 조세회피처로 유명한 지역에 세워진 국내 그룹 해외 법인은 150곳이었다.

룩셈부르크,라부안(말레이시아) 등 조세 회피성 국가로 꼽히는 지역에도 법인 679곳이 설립됐다.
