잠실종합운동장 야구일정 - 2024년 실시간 업데이트

금융사고가 나면 최고경영자(CEO)에게 법적 책임을 묻는 내용을 골자로 한 금융회사 지배구조 감독규정 개정안이 통과됐습니다.

금융위원회는 오늘(26일) 제12차 정례회의에서 이 같은 내용을 담은 '금융회사 지배구조 감독규정' 개정안을 의결했습니다.

먼저 이런 책임을 규정한 책무구조도 작성과 제출 방법이 규정됐습니다.

책무구조도에는 금융회사 주요 업무에 대한 최종 책임자를 특정하고 내부통제 책임을 지도록 했습니다.

또 임원별 책무 상세내용을 담은 책무기술서와 임원의 책무체계를 일괄적으로 파악할 수 있는 책무체계도도 작성하도록 했습니다.

금융사는 이런 내용을 담은 책무구조도를 이사회 의결일로부터 7영업일 안에 금융당국에 제출해야 합니다.

시행령에는 책무를 배분받을 수 있는 직원으로 임원이 아닌 준법감시인과 위험관리책임자를 추가했습니다.

감독규정에서는 '임원에 준해 해당 업무를 수행하는 직원(해당 업무를 담당하는 임원이 없을 때)'을 추가했습니다.

이번 지배구조법 감독규정 개정안은 다음 달 3일 시행됩니다.
