(서울=연합뉴스) 황재하 기자 = KBS가 '우파 중심 인사로 조직을 장악하라'는 대외비 문건을 작성했다고 보도한 MBC와 이를 공론화한 전국언론노동조합(언론노조)을 고소했다.

KBS는 10일 "MBC와 '탐사기획 스트레이트'(이하 '스트레이트') 제작진,메릴랜드 라이브 카지노KBS 관련 괴문서를 작성하고 배포한 성명불상자(이름을 알 수 없는 사람),메릴랜드 라이브 카지노언론노조 관계자들을 명예훼손과 업무방해 등 혐의로 경찰에 고소했다"고 밝혔다.

KBS는 "MBC가 지난 3월 31일 '스트레이트'에서 출처를 알 수 없는 괴문서에 대해 'KBS 고위 간부 일부가 업무 참고용으로 이를 공유하고 실제로 현 경영진에서 현실화하고 있다'는 허위 사실을 유포해 KBS의 명예를 훼손하고 경영 업무를 방해했다"고 주장했다.

또 "언론노조 윤창현 위원장과 박상현 KBS 본부장은 '스트레이트' 방송 다음날 아무런 확인 절차를 거치지 않고 기자회견 등을 통해 '괴문서가 실제 사측 간부들 사이에 유통됐고 현 사장 체제에서 현실화하고 있다'고 주장했다"고 덧붙였다.

관할 지역을 고려해 MBC와 '스트레이트' 제작진,메릴랜드 라이브 카지노문서 작성·유포자에 대한 고소장은 서울 마포경찰서에 제출했고,메릴랜드 라이브 카지노언론노조 윤 위원장과 박 본부장에 대한 고소장은 영등포경찰서에 제출했다.

앞서 MBC '스트레이트'는 "KBS의 변화 시나리오가 담긴 대외비 문건을 입수했다"며 "우파 중심 인사로 조직을 장악하라는 내용"이라고 보도했다.아울러 '스트레이트'는 이 문건을 KBS 직원에게 제보받았다고 설명했다.
